As an HN¹² Scout, you are at the gravitational center of a vertical organization: hackathons to form ideas, an incubator to make them real and a fund to make them big.
We fly you out for a weekend to meet your cohort for the first time. Destinations vary; the Summer 2026 Cohort went to Mexico. Flights and accommodation are covered.
ScoutingFor the duration of the program, you scout exceptional talent and teams. Your referrals go to our venture incubator and fund.
Weekly mentorshipEvery week we meet for a 45-minute call, and every week we invite a guest from a different field: VCs, founders, AI leaders and more. Mentors include Guy Kawasaki, Adrien Gaidon and Nick Lebesis.
HackathonsHost our quarterly hackathons on your campus. You handle the venue and on-campus marketing; HN¹² handles the rest centrally. We encourage you to team up with other students.
Campus eventsWe encourage you to host two campus events that introduce HN¹² to your fellow students. The format and details are up to you.
